Do you book the room for me?
No — and that's on purpose. When a price drops below your limit, we send you straight to the hotel chain's own website to book. You get the hotel's own rate, their cancellation terms, and your loyalty points. We sell vigilance, not rooms.
Are award points really included on the free plan?
Yes. Points are the whole point. Free accounts see cash and points rates side by side — paid plans buy you more watches, fresher checks, and instant alerts, not access to points.
How fresh are the prices?
Every price shows exactly when we last checked it — "checked 3 hours ago", never a mystery. Free watches are checked daily, Plus every 12 hours, Pro every 6, and Plus/Pro can ask for a fresh check on demand.
Is PointSnipe affiliated with Marriott, Hyatt, or Hilton?
No. PointSnipe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, or Hilton Worldwide. We observe publicly available prices and award rates and alert you — you always verify and book on the hotel's site.
When do Hyatt and Hilton arrive?
